Valley Freightliner celebrated the Grand Opening of their newest full service heavy duty truck dealership in Olympia, WA bringing their total number of locations up to three.
With the opening of the Olympia branch, the full service Freightliner dealer expands its operations deeper into the South Puget Sound in order to better serve its customers.
Located at exit 95, just off of Interstate 5, Valley Freightliner moved into the former Ritchie Brothers auction site with the idea of exceptional customer service, superior driver comfort and employee efficiency in mind. The facility was remodeled to provide its customers a first class experience with luxurious accommodations falling in-line with the Elite Support model.
Elite Support is a collaborative effort between Freightliner and its truck dealers, focused on improving the customer experience. Elite Support provides rapid diagnosis, responsive turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability and superb customer service; all provided by a highly-trained staff.
Valley Freightliner’s Olympia location is ideal for drivers as the facility sits on a flat and open 20 acre parcel of land just off of Interstate 5 with very easy access to and from the 26,000 square feet facility. Driver amenities include a 2,000 square foot driver’s lounge complete with showers, restrooms, laundry machines, vending services, wireless internet, and oversized furniture. The facility also includes 4,000 square feet of parts shopping area offering parts for all brands and makes of trucks.
The Olympia location has dedicated Express Assessment bays and highly trained technicians committed to getting its customer’s diagnosis within 2 hours of a truck’s arrival to the facility. Open seven days a week, the service department also offers mobile service repairs and breakdown road service calls.
Additionally, the new facility is staffed with a truck sales team and an ample supply of new and used trucks are on site for those customers looking to get into either a new or used heavy or medium duty truck for any vocational application.
Saw a Valley Freightliner van on the street the other day. Would be interested in a used Freightliner, one of the van styles that may not be made any more. Now they’re Sprinters? Made by Mercedes? Do you have any used ones?
I’m seeking employment. I have an enhanced class A license with all the endorsements and a Twic card. I’m also a certified hazmat instructor.
Do you have need of someone with my qualifications?
Thanks, and have a great holiday season!
Tony
