Elite Support certification requires us to constantly meet 123 specific criteria across 20 customer service areas. To facilitate this process each of our dealerships employs it’s own Continuous Improvement Coordinator (CIC). The CIC is the driving force behind improving and streamlining all of the processes that enhance the customer experience and maximize truck uptime.
The VFI Elite Support certified dealerships in Pacific, WA, Olympia, WA, and Mount Vernon, WA, all offer Express Assessment, our commitment to a preliminary diagnosis within two hours of the arrival of every truck. This rapid diagnosis and the information provided by our highly trained staff allows customers to make informed, timely decisions to get the most out of their service experience.
