Valley Freightliner is proud to announce its third consecutive Elite Support certification in 2014. As the Pacific Northwest’s premier heavy duty truck dealer, VFI continues to pride itself on providing an exceptional customer experience at each of its three locations.
Elite Support is a collaborative effort between Freightliner and its truck dealers, focused on improving the customer experience. Elite Support provides rapid diagnosis, responsive turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability and superb customer service; all provided by a highly-trained staff.
Valley Freightliner, Incorporated achieved its first Elite Support certification in February 2012 at its Pacific and Mt Vernon stores. They have since then achieved annual recertification in 2013 and 2014. Additionally, when VFI opened its newest location south of Olympia, WA, they achieved their first certification in 2013 and recertification in 2014.
“Continuous Improvement is a way of life for us.” Says Aaron Porter, Olympia’s Continuous Improvement Coordinator. “We are focused on improving our processes and procedures, not only for ourselves, but to better serve our exceptional customers.” A Continuous Improvement Coordinator, or CIC, is dedicated at each of VFI’s location in order to spearhead continuous improvement events at each dealership and in order to manage the more than 130 specific criteria it takes to achieve Elite Support certification.
