Mission Critical Parts Program

We are Elite Support certified and honor Daimler Trucks North America’s (DTNA) mission critical parts program. Following the program outline, DTNA assesses local VINs supplied by the dealership every 6 months and identifies the parts most likely needed to keep local vehicles running. The recommendation is based on historical data as well as current demand on local, regional and national levels.  Once the VINs are analyzed the dealership is supplied with a list of “mission critical” parts they must stock in effort to minimize extended customer downtime.

As much as we prepare, we know trucks do not break down on a schedule. To help expedite parts service for those unexpected breakdowns, DNTA has improved the ability to quickly supply dealerships with parts by opening an additional 275,000 square foot parts distribution center in Dallas, TX in February, 2016.
