The Coburg, Oregon location of Valley Freightliner, Inc. continues to serve as an Elite Support dealership thanks to the efforts of their diligent employees.Coburg has completed the required annual recertification for Daimler Trucks North America. While initial certification is no small feat, recertification is historically more difficult for dealers across DTNA’s network. Maintaining the highest standards and building a Continuous Improvement culture is a most challenging task, but one that Coburg willingly took on.
Coburg is led by their Continuous Improvement Coordinator (CIC) and Branch Operations Manager, Steve Hidy, who has a true passion for Continuous Improvement. Steve relies on the entire branch and the culture created to keep Coburg truly elite; but his Change Management Team (CMT), Brian Nelson, Mark Hay, Jason Reed, and others are the heart of this customer-focused team.
