The GTC Dealer Family has completed the Elite Support recertification process at all previously certified branches throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Pacific, WA – September 2019 – The Gordon Truck Centers, Inc. (GTC) dealer family including Freightliner Northwest and Western Star Northwest, have passed rigorous Daimler Trucks North America’s Elite Support recertification inspections at branches in Washington and Oregon locations. With over 130 criteria points, the inspection includes assessment of dealership cleanliness, processes and efficiency, as well as timely customer communication.

Dealerships that achieve and maintain Elite Support (ES) certification help ensure that all customers receive a consistent, superior level of service when visiting any ES certified location throughout the country. Elite Support provides customer centric guidelines and quality customer service values which adopt into the culture of the dealership, allowing for a better workplace environment.
