Long-term Pacific, WA service manager, Terry French has announced his retirement. Conrad Eubanks has begun transitioning into the new role.

Pacific, Wash – April 9, 2019 – With the announcement of Service Manager, Terry French’s upcoming retirement, Freightliner Northwest has selected Conrad Eubanks to lead the Pacific service team. Conrad has 17 years of combined service experience between his time at Gordon Trucking, Inc., Valley Freightliner Inc., and now Gordon Truck Centers (GTC). He recently completed a successful assignment as body shop manager at the Freightliner Northwest location in Spokane, Wash.

“We are looking forward to working with Conrad in his new role and for what he brings to our service department,” said Dan Greenwood, Operations Director.

Current service manager, Terry French will begin his new adventure of retirement (and plenty of golf) in May. His last day at Freightliner Northwest is set for May 3rd, 2019. The GTC dealer family is grateful for Terry’s 12 years of service and dedication in Pacific. Terry and Conrad will be working through a detailed transition plan over the next 4 weeks.
