Freightliner Northwest in Redmond, Oregon has completed the 2020 Elite Support recertification.

Redmond, OR – February 2020 – Freightliner Northwest in Redmond, Oregon has passed the rigorous Daimler Trucks North America’s Elite Support recertification inspection. With over 130 criteria, the inspection includes an assessment of dealership cleanliness, processes and efficiency, as well as timely customer communication.

If we could’ve picked a day for the visit it would not have been the day that our inspector arrived due to the construction and renovations in progress. We credit our Redmond team, the culture, their hard work and continued commitment to Elite Support for passing the inspection. All staff at Freightliner Northwest in Redmond were presented with an Elite Support mug to celebrate their recertification.
