Valley Freightliner, Inc. (VFI) is proud to announce that Jerrad Avery, our Dealer Family Continuous Improvement Coordinator (DFCIC), based in Spokane, WA, has been selected to join Daimler Trucks North America’s Summit Club. On January 20, 2016, nearly 300 members met in Palm Springs, CA for the annual CIC Summit. Elite support with Daimler requires participating dealers to employ CICs, with the goal of constantly improving and enhancing the customer experience. During this Summit, Jerrad was inducted into the Summit Club.

Scott Brown, Director of Distribution Network Development for Daimler shared that the “Summit Club is a small group of CICs that have been recognized for their contributions to the network and, most importantly, their overall leadership. (Jerrad) is one of eight currently within the entire network.”
