Ridgefield, WA – June 20th, 2017 – Executive Vice President of Western Star Northwest, Doug Wakefield has announced the Elite Support Certification of the Ridgefield, WA dealership. “Over the past six months, the Ridgefield Team has worked diligently to meet the Elite Support Certification goal and has succeeded in demonstrating compliance with the 127 criteria of the Elite Support Program,” said Doug. “Being recognized as an Elite Support facility places Ridgefield in a nationwide group of select DTNA dealers that are committed to supporting customers at the highest level. Regionally it brings the number of Gordon Truck Centers, Inc. Elite certified dealerships to nine!”
Doug recognized the Ridgefield Change Management Team, Steve Hidy, Doug Thompson, Sarah McCants, Mike Agee, Dave Dawson, Jeff Birch, Doug Thompson, Mick Weddel, Brian Eki, Todd Tracy and Will Ewing for their support and leadership contributions during the certification process.
